2. Calcium-based elements in silicon-aluminum-calcium alloy can effectively spheroidize molten steel inclusions and change the shape of inclusions, thereby purifying molten steel.
3. The silicon-aluminum-calcium alloy is widely used in processes such as fast tapping in front of the furnace and refining outside the furnace, which can increase the smelting speed, shorten the smelting time, and play a significant role in reducing the cost of steelmaking.
4. The silicon-aluminum-calcium alloy can replace 20% of the aluminum wire and 30% of the silicon-calcium wire as the final deoxidizer and alloying agent. During the smelting process, 1-1.5Kg of alloy can be saved per ton of steel, 9-12Kwh of electricity consumption can be saved, and the overall cost can be saved by 5-8 yuan/ton of steel.

Application of silicon-aluminum-calcium: silicon-aluminum-calcium alloy deoxidizer is used in electric furnace, converter and intermediate frequency furnace smelting, and can replace aluminum wire, silicon-calcium, silicon-aluminum, calcium aluminate, etc. The requirements apply to smelting HRB235, HRB335, HRB400 and other steel types.
